Eligible Shipping Locations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

Carriers We Use

We ship with USPS and UPS. The carrier is selected automatically based on reliability and service level to your address.

Shipping Cost

A flat $8 shipping fee applies to every order (USD). You’ll see the total charges at checkout before confirming payment.

How Long Will My Order Take?

  • Handling / Preparation: 1–3 business days
  • Transit (after dispatch): 3–7 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 4–10 business days

Delivery timelines can vary due to weather, holidays, carrier capacity, or other unforeseen events.

Daily Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the next business day.

Order & Shipping Emails

  • Order Confirmation: sent right after checkout with your Order ID, order summary, total, and shipping address.
  • Shipping Confirmation: sent when your order ships, including a tracking link.

Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship a replacement at no cost to you.
Contact support@zelogoods.store with your Order ID and tracking details.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

If the address provided at checkout is incorrect and the shipment is returned or undeliverable, we can reship to a corrected address for a flat $8 reship fee.

  • All prices and fees are in USD.
  • We dispatch approved orders as quickly as possible, in the order received.
  • Tracking is provided for every shipment via email.
