We currently ship exclusively within theĀ United States.

  • Standard Shipping (Orders $100.00 and over):Ā FREE

  • Standard Shipping (Orders under $100.00):Ā $6.95 Flat Rate

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees or surprise taxes at the final step.

2. Shipping Timelines

To help you plan your workspace upgrade, please refer to our estimated delivery schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time:Ā 5:00 PM (PST) – Monday to Friday.

  • Order Handling Time:Ā 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday.

  • Transit Time:Ā 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday) via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

  • Total Estimated Delivery:Ā 4–9 business days from the date of purchase.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons or due to extreme weather conditions.

4. Wrong Address & Delivery Issues

  • P.O. Boxes:Ā We do ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS; however, for larger items like ourĀ Wooden Monitor RisersĀ orĀ Pegboards, a physical street address is preferred for faster delivery.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting us.

AtĀ Zelo Goods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn’t quite fit your workspace or meet your expectations, we’re here to help. Our policy lastsĀ 30 daysĀ from the date of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The return request must be initiated withinĀ 30 daysĀ of receiving your order.

  • The item must beĀ unused, unwashed, and in the same conditionĀ that you received it.

  • It must be in theĀ original packagingĀ (especially important for ourĀ Wooden Monitor RisersĀ andĀ PegboardsĀ to prevent damage during transit).

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale".

  • Products that show clear signs of use, assembly, or damage not caused by our error.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., cracked wood, torn felt, or missing parts), please contact us immediately atĀ support@zelogoods.storeĀ with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos or a short video of the damage.

We will evaluate the issue and send aĀ replacement at no extra costĀ or issue aĀ full refund. You do not need to pay for return shipping on defective items.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective/Wrong Items:Ā Zelo Goods covers 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • For Change of Mind:Ā If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Restocking Fees

We believe in transparency.Ā Zelo Goods does not charge any restocking fees.Ā You will receive the full amount paid for the product (minus any original shipping costs, if applicable).

5. How to Initiate a Return
