SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Cut-off Time & Processing
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PST - Pacific Standard Time) from Monday to Friday.
Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1 – 3 business days.
Orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package directly through the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We do support shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses; however, please note that transit times may be slightly longer for these locations.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. zelogoods is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@zelogoods.store immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the destination.
7. Missing or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, or if your items arrived damaged, please contact our support team at support@zelogoods.store within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can assist you.
